F2C2 Program holds National Plan and Budget Workshop for FY 2026 in Iloilo City

The Department of Agriculture – Western Visayas Farm and Fisheries Clustering and Consolidation (F2C2) hosted the National Plan and Budget Workshop for Fiscal Year 2026 at Iloilo from February 24-28, 2025. The workshop reviewed regional plans and budgets, discussed innovations, and provided updates to enhance the program’s effectiveness in supporting the agricultural sector.

This gathering also served as a platform for F2C2 members to exchange insights and recommendations for future agricultural initiatives, fostering collaboration and strategic development. F2C2 Program Director, Engr. Ricardo M. Oñate Jr. underscored the importance of strengthening partnerships with banner programs to address key challenges hindering project and initiative implementation.

Likewise, Algileen Villaflor, Project Development Officer III from the F2C2 Central Luzon Office, emphasized the value of collaboration with banner programs to facilitate the seamless integration of clustering into the agricultural sector. Participants actively contributed valuable perspectives on refining implementation strategies, which are crucial for improving services and driving sustainable growth in the agricultural industry.###
