Kadiwa beneficiaries train on organizational diagnosis, people management

Resol said that the participants will be able to understand their organizational structures, identify potential challenges, and learn practical strategies to effectively manage their respective KADIWA outlets.

She also shared best practices for conducting internal assessments, strengthening team dynamics, and applying people-centered leadership in cooperative and community-based settings.

Through SWOT analysis, the participants identified gaps and crafted actionable plans employing communication tools to resolve conflicts and motivate members in order to manage diverse teams in their communities.
